Kubota Industrial Equipment  2012-2013

John Deere - 2012-2013

Contract to Install Two Large Custom Paint Booths for their Construction and Forestry equipment facility in Davenport, Iowa. Scheduled start up is Spring 2013. Design and Fabrication by EISENMANN Corporation of Chrystal Lake, IL..

Caterpillar - 2012 

The Installation of a New System consisting of a Conveyorized Pre-Treatment Wash System, Prime & TopCoat Liquid Paint, with Drying & Curing Ovens is wraping up this fall at the Joliet Facility. This system, designed by George Koch Sons, LLC will coat components fabricated for construction machinery.

Electrolux - Memphis, TN 2012-2013

Project is currently in the final stages of the installation at the new manufacturing facility built in Memphis, Tn. by the Electrolux Corporation of Sweden. George Koch Sons,LLC of Evansville, In. was awarded the contract for 5 Complete Powder Coating Lines for this new facility to supply Residential Cooktops to the consumer marketplace.

AO Smith - Ashland City, TN

Mechanical & Electrical Installation of Pretreatment System.  This project is the last of 3 segments of equipment replacement since the flood of 2010. Equipment designed by George Koch Sons, LLC..

Electrolux Home Products - 2013

Installation of Enameling Furnaces at the new facility in Memphis, TN. These high efficiency Porcelain Enamel curing units will be in production in early 2013. Units were designed and built by KMI Systems of Chrystal Lake, IL.

Global Aeronautica - North Charleston, SC

Installation of 2 paint booths and 2 prime booths for the New BOEING Aircraft Fuselage fabrication in Chareston, SC.. Each booth is 200' long by 45' wide by 50' high.  Equipment engineered and designed by Thermal Engineering Corporation of Columbia, SC..

AO Smith - Ashland City, TN

Replacement of System Components in the Ashland City, TN facility. During this project in 2010 the Cumberland River flooded the area and the plant was under water for several days.  AO Smith reviewed the situation after the flood waters resended and rebuilt the facility.
